How much is delivery?
Sample Packs
Greater Auckland: $3.00 per pack
North Island (excl Auckland): $5.00 per pack
South Island: $7.00 per pack
12 Packs
Greater Auckland: $7.00 per pack
North Island (excl Auckland): $10.00 per pack
South Island: $14.00 per pack
Carton
Greater Auckland: $12.00 per carton
North Island (excl Auckland): $18.00 per carton
South Island: $25.00 per carton
We aim to ship your item the next business day. Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number for your parcel. Please note: if you have not provided us with an email address while placing your order, shipping details cannot be sent to you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Normal delivery times are:
- 2-3 working days - Auckland
- 3-4 working days - North Island
- 4-5 working days - South Island
- Add 3 extra days for rural locations
Please note these times are an indication only and at certain times courier companies may experience higher volumes in freight and therefore delivery may take a little longer e.g. COVID-19, Christmas.
We are unable to specify times and dates of delivery as we deliver via courier companies however we always do our best to work with couriers for prompt delivery.
Do you deliver overseas?
No, unfortunately we only deliver within New Zealand at the moment.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Yes we provide discreet plain packaging for peace of mind and privacy.
What if I want to return or exchange the product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. All sales are final, except for faulty or damaged products. Please refer to our full Refunds & Returns Policy
How many samples do you get in a sample pack?
Sample packs are a great way to view the product without committing to the purchasing the whole pack. Each sample pack comes with 2 diapers.
